Sushma Group teams up with Bayside Corporations to accelerate premium Kasauli project sales

Sushma Group, a prominent real estate developer in Northern India, has forged a significant partnership with Bayside Corporations (BCS), a renowned entity in the luxury segment of Indian real estate, to enhance the sales of its exclusive projects in Kasauli. This collaboration represents one of the inaugural exclusive selling agreements within the hill station real estate sector, with the objective of achieving a Gross Transaction Value (GTV) exceeding Rs 350 crore.

Under this strategic alliance, Bayside Corporations has been assigned the responsibility of selling over 400 units, which constitutes half of the Sushma Group’s total inventory of 800 units located in the scenic Kasauli Hills. This partnership capitalizes on the Sushma Group’s proficiency in developing luxury living environments and Bayside Corporations’ established sales expertise and extensive network, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), and discerning domestic buyers in search of premium properties in hill stations.

Prateek Mittal, Executive Director of Sushma Group, remarked on the collaboration, “Our partnership with Bayside Corporations is a crucial advancement in broadening the reach of our luxury hill projects. These developments encapsulate the serenity and luxury that discerning buyers desire in Kasauli. Through this collaboration, Bayside Corporations will concentrate on increasing the visibility of Sushma’s Kasauli projects, emphasizing their superior design, world-class amenities, and investment potential.
