Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited (RIIL) has released its fiscal fourth quarter earnings report and alongside, has also announced a dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
In a regulatory filing, the company said, “The Board of Directors have recommended, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting, a dividend of Rs 3.50 per fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 528.5 lakh for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.”

In terms of key numbers, RIIL posted a profit decline of 13.28 per cent at Rs 3.20 crore during the fourth quarter of FY25 in comparison to Rs 3.69 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter of FY24. It posted revenue from operations at Rs 12.49 crore, down 13.92 per cent as against Rs 14.51 crore reported during the same period of previous financial year. Total Income, meanwhile, stood at Rs 18.94 crore as compared to Rs 20.70 crore on YoY basis, on account of lower utilisation of infrastructure assets.
The company continues to provide infrastructure support services which include transportation of petroleum products and raw water through pipelines and other support services mainly to Reliance Industries Limited, it said in the regulatory filing. The company presently does not have any expansion plans on the anvil.
Shares of RIIL were up 0.8 per cent at 1:15 pm today at a trading price of Rs 846.10.
