Godrej Properties sells over 300 homes worth Rs 1,000 crore at newly launched Hyderabad project

Godrej Properties on Tuesday announced that it has sold homes worth over Rs 1,000 crore with a total area of approximately 0.84 million sqft in its project, Godrej Madison Avenue, located in Kokapet, Hyderabad. The project was launched in January 2025 and represents Godrej Properties’ entry into Hyderabad, further strengthening its presence in Southern India. 

Kokapet is one of Hyderabad’s most sought-after residential and commercial hubs. Godrej Madison Avenue is strategically located on Golden Mile Road with access to schools, health facilities, neighbourhood retail, and premium lifestyle offerings. The area also offers seamless connectivity to Outer Ring Road, Financial District, Gachibowli, and HITEC City.

This success also strengthens our commitment to expanding in Hyderabad where we will be launching a second project shortly.”

Earlier in February, Godrej Properties had released its fiscal third quarter earnings which consolidated profit at Rs 163 crore, posting a growth of 161 per cent in comparison to Rs 62 crore. Total income, meanwhile, surged 133 per cent to Rs 1,222 crore from Rs 524 crore.
