Quick commerce platform Zepto will start selling Apple products, including the latest iPhone 16e, on its platform this week, according to people with direct knowledge of the development. The assortment will have iPads, Apple Watches and AirPods, among other accessories.
This comes just two weeks after its rival Blinkit announced it would start delivering other Apple products as it was already delivering iPhones.
“It has seen around 35-40% jump in searches for Apple products in the last two months,” one of the persons said.

The company had temporarily offered iPhone 16 on its platform last year, when it was launched.
In quick commerce, electronics have emerged as one of the fastest-growing categories. In this, mobile phones are among the most rapidly expanding.
Premium electronics, like Apple products, offer quick commerce companies a chance to increase the AOVs, which would ultimately help them reduce the burn. According to estimates, Zepto is burning close to `300-350 crore per month.

Zepto is also looking to list on the stock exchanges soon. It has recently completed the shifting of domicile from Singapore to India and is likely to file the papers with the Sebi by April.
Chief financial officer Ramesh Bafna had announced the reverse flipping on LinkedIn, describing it as a “historic completion in record time”.
“This is a display of understanding of technicals, working with the right partners, getting into the nuts and bolts of execution, unblocking natural causes of delay, and making tactical calls in real time by an empowered team,” he wrote.
