Central govt employees to get 3 DA installments frozen during pandemic?

The Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers has again raised the issue of various long-pending demands of the Central Government employees and pensioners. Among the various demands, one is the payment of dearness allowance (DA) arrears frozen during the Covid pandemic period, according to a circular issued by the Confederation. On 8 February, it was decided in the National Executive Meeting of the Confederation that gate meetings and general body meetings would be organised across the country on 10 and 11 March to make the employees aware and prepare them for the movement.
