Group Rhine and XCircle launch JV for modular data centres

Group Rhine, a leading energy solutions provider, and Australian modular infrastructure pioneer XCircle have announced the launch of their 50:50 joint venture, Rhine XCircle. This strategic partnership merges Group Rhine’s expertise in power distribution and smart metering with XCircle’s advanced modular data center technology to create scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions for the growing digital economy.

Rhine XCircle will focus on developing modular and prefabricated critical infrastructure for industries such as telecom, healthcare, education, smart cities, banking, and IT services. These solutions will provide modern businesses with flexible and sustainable infrastructure to meet evolving demands.
