BPTP unveils Rs 3,000-cr luxury housing project in Gurugram, eyes Rs 6,500-cr topline

The BPTP Group has unveiled its latest luxury residential project, BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens, in Sector 102, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway. Located next to the upscale Amstoria Township and involving an investment of Rs 3,000 crore, the project will be developed in three phases. The company has announced the initiation of the first phase following the necessary approvals from the Haryana RERA.

This project encompasses an area of 12.05 acres and offers custom-designed residences with 2 and 3 bedrooms, crafted by renowned architects and engineering experts. The company is targeting a revenue of Rs 6,500 crore. Spanning 1.55 lakh square feet Club & Amenity Zones, the development boasts distinctive attributes, including design specifications for Zone V seismic activity and IGBC platinum pre-certification, with an introductory price set at Rs 19,000 per square foot.

The property features 15 Sky Gardens across five towers, providing residents with serene green spaces and breathtaking views. Residents can enjoy a Sculpture Garden, Miyawaki Forest, and Tree Groves, along with tranquil Rooftop Gardens and an Events Lawn. The property also offers a dedicated Reading Area, Water Features, Cascading Fountains, Outdoor Dining spaces, and a Pet Corner.
