Ola Electric shares zooms 14%- 3 reasons driving the rally…

Ola Electric share price saw a sharp surge of 14.5% today during the intraday trading session, briefly crossing its IPO price of Rs 76.

The share price of Ola Electric opened at Rs 67.85 and peaked at Rs 76.53 during the intraday trading hours. This upward momentum in the share price of Ola Electric Mobility comes after the company made notable strides in the electric vehicle two-wheeler market, regaining its leadership position in January with a 25% market share.

1. Launch of the Gen 3 S1 portfolio

Ola Electric recently announced the launch of its Gen 3 S1 portfolio, featuring eight new models across both mass and premium segments, with prices starting at Rs 79,999 for the S1 X and going up to Rs 1,69,999 for the flagship S1 Pro+ model.

The Gen 3 S1 lineup includes both flagship and entry-level models designed with various feature and specs.

S1 Pro+ 5.3kWh: The flagship model comes with a top speed of 141 kmph and an acceleration of 0-40 kmph in just 2.1 seconds. It also offers a range of 320 km on a single charge. Priced at Rs 1,69,999, the Pro+ model is packed with features like category-first dual ABS, new die-cast aluminum grab handles, and a variety of color options.

S1 Pro (4kWh and 3kWh): These models are priced between the range of Rs 1,14,999 to Rs 1,34,999, offer speeds of up to 125 kmph.

S1 X+ and S1 X: The S1 X range is available in various battery options (2kWh, 3kWh, and 4kWh) and is priced from Rs 79,999. The S1 X+ (4kWh) offers a top speed of 125 kmph,
