Mamata Machinery Share Price, IPO listing Live Updates: The IPO is all set to hit the exchanges on December 27. The IPO was subscribed to a total of 194.95 times. The retail investors booked the issue 138.08 times and employees booked it 153.27 times. The QIBs subscribed to the issue 235.88 times. 

Mamata Machinery IPO raised Rs 179.39 crore by selling 74 lakh shares of promoters and other selling shareholders. The IPO bidding started on December 19 and ended on December 23. The IPO price band was set at Rs 230 to Rs 243 per equity share. The issue included a reservation of up to 35,000 shares for employees offered at a discount of Rs 12 to the issue price. Beeline Capital Advisors was the book-running lead manager of the IPO, while Link Intime India was the registrar for the issue.
