DAM Capital Share Price, IPO listing Live Updates: The IPO is all set to make its debut on the exchanges – NSE and BSE – on December 27. The IPO allotment was finalised on December 24. The issue was subscribed to a total of 81.88 times. The retail portion was booked 26.8 times and the employee section 40 times. The QIBs dominated the bidding by subscribing to the issue 166.33 times. 

DAM Capital Advisors raised Rs 840.25 crore by selling 2.97 crore shares of promoters and other selling shareholders. The IPO bidding started on December 19 and ended on December 23. The price band was set at Rs 269 to Rs 283 per equity share. Nuvama Wealth Management was the sole book-running lead manager of the issue, while Link Intime India worked as the registrar.
