Transrail Lighting IPO Allotment: How to check the allotment status online on NSE, BSE, Link Intime

Transrail Lighting IPO allotment on December 24: Transrail Lighting IPO, which closed on December 23 received a subscription rate of 80.80 times on the final day of bidding. The issue, priced between Rs 410 and Rs 432 per share, will be listed on both the BSE and the NSE on December 27. The allotment of shares of the issue will be finalised today (December 24).

Transrail Lighting IPO – GMP

As per the latest trend, Transrail Lighting shares are trading at a premium of Rs 192 in the grey market, with an estimated listing price of Rs 624,  a 44.44 per cent premium over the upper band price of Rs 432. However, it is noted that GMP is not the official price and may not reliably reflect the actual listing price.
