Upcoming IPOs 2024 debut: With the stock market closed for Christmas on December 25, trading this week is limited to four sessions. Despite the holiday, the Indian bourses are gearing up for a busy period with a mega listing spree. A total of 8 IPOs are set to debut on the stock exchanges, including 5 mainboard IPOs and 3 SME issues.

Here is everything you need to know about these public offerings and the key dates to remember.

1. DAM Capital Advisors IPO

DAM Capital Advisors IPO opened for subscription from December 19 and will conclude its 3-day bidding window today (December 23), with a price range set between Rs 269 to Rs 283 per share.

After the closure of the bidding, the allotment of shares is set to be finalised on December 24. The IPO is set to make its debut on Indian bourses on NSE and BSE on December 27.

Ahead of the listing, the shares of the company in the grey market, an unlisted marketplace, are trading at a premium of Rs 160, with an estimated listing price of Rs 443, marking a gain of 56.54 per cent.

2. Transrail Lighting IPO

The Transrail Lighting IPO, which opened for bidding from December 19 to December 23, is set to make its debut on the Indian bourses BSE and NSE on December 27.

The public issue priced between Rs 410 to Rs 432 per share, is expected to finalise its allotment on December 24. 

Leading the issue are book-running lead managers Inga Ventures, Axis Capital, HDFC Bank, and IDBI Capital Market Services, with Link Intime India serving as the registrar.

3. Sanathan Textiles IPO

A mainboard issue, Sanathan Textiles IPO is a Rs 550 crore book-built issue, opened for bidding on December 19 and set to close its subscription window on December 23.

The allotment of the shares is likely to be finalised on December 24, with the shares expected to list on the BSE and NSE on December 27.

Dam Capital Advisors and ICICI Securities are acting as the book-running lead managers for the issue, with Kfin Technologies as the registrar.
