Mobikwik IPO Allotment Live Updates: The IPO, valued at Rs 572 crore, is a book-built issue consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 2.05 crore equity shares. The IPO opens for bidding on December 11 and closed on December 13.

The price band is set between Rs 265 – 279 per share. The allotment will be finalised on December 16 with the IPO expected to list on the BSE and NSE on December 18. SBI Capital Markets and Dam Capital Advisors are the lead managers, while Link Intime India serves as the registrar for the issue.
