Upcoming IPOs next week: 13 IPOs, 5 new listing – A look at key IPO allotments between December 15-21

As the year draws to a close, the primary market is gearing up for an action-packed week. Next week, the primary market is set to be in an active mode as 13 initial public offerings (IPOs) are scheduled to open between December 16 and December 20. Apart from this, the week will also witness a mega listing in the Indian bourses as many IPOs are scheduled to make their debut after their successful public issue.

Mainstream IPOs

Among these, the much anticipated IPOs are those from Mamata Machinery and Transrail Lighting. Both companies are preparing for their public offerings, set to open on December 19.

The Mamata Machinery IPO is a book-built issue, valued at Rs 179.39 crore, with a price band expected between Rs 230 and Rs 243 for shares in this offering. The IPO subscription window will close on December 23. Mamata Machinery shares are scheduled to make their debut on the stock market on December 27, 2024.

Similarly, Transrail Lighting is preparing to launch an IPO worth approximately Rs 400 crore. Although, the price band and lot size are yet to be disclosed, the IPO will feature both a fresh issue and an offer for sale of shares.

Updates on Ongoing IPOs

In addition to these upcoming IPOs, several offerings that are already open for subscription which are as follows:

Mobikwik, Vishal Mega Mart, and Sai Life Sciences IPOs: These companies will have their allotments finalised on December 16. Investors can expect their shares to be listed on December 18.

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO: The final allotment for this IPO will take place on December 17 with shares expected to debut on December 19.

International Gemmological Institute IPO: The allotment for this IPO will be completed on December 18, and shares are expected to be listed on December 20.

SME IPOs Add to the Action

The small and medium enterprise (SME) platform will also see action next week with two fresh IPOs opening for subscription which include NACDAC Infrastructure IPO and Identical Brains Studios IPO.
