Migsun Group ventures into mixed-use development in Greater Noida

The Migsun Group has entered the commercial real estate sector in Greater Noida with a substantial investment of 160 crore in a mixed-use development. This project is strategically situated along the main thoroughfare of Alpha-II, Greater Noida, and will incorporate a variety of retail outlets, a food court, and upscale business suites.

The company has recently secured the land for this initiative. Covering an area of approximately 3 acres, the project boasts a prime location that is conveniently accessible within walking distance from the Alpha-1 and Delta-1 metro stations. This advantageous connectivity, combined with the ongoing development of Greater Noida’s infrastructure, positions the project as an attractive opportunity for businesses, investors, and consumers.
