2025 KTM 890 Adventure R breaks cover — Here’s what’s new

KTM has taken the wraps off the new 890 Adventure R for 2025, which gets cosmetic updates that make it look more in line with its 450cc rally sibling. KTM has also made some equipment standard on the motorcycle, giving it more value for the money spent. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new on the 2025 KTM 890 Adventure R.

2025 KTM 890 Adventure R — What changes does it get?

The biggest change is the colour scheme on the motorcycle, which now gets the white, orange and blue theme, making it look more like the 450 Rally. The seat is also orange, adding to the overall looks of the 2025 model. Apart from the colour scheme, the connectivity model now comes standard on the 890 Adventure R, giving the rider mobile connectivity, which includes navigation and call alerts.

Apart from these changes, the 2025 890 Adventure R is identical to last year’s bike, with fully adjustable front and rear suspension, spoke wheels, disc brakes at both ends, LED lighting, TFT instrument cluster, and a host of electronic aids for the road and off-road.
