Petrol, Diesel Price Today 27 November 2024: Oil prices continued to be stable on Wednesday as markets assessed the implications of a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hezbollah and expected the OPEC+ producers meeting scheduled for Sunday. As per the latest Reuters report, Brent crude futures went up by 5 cents and reached $72.86 per barrel, whereas US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were up by 3 cents and were trading at $68.80 per barrel.

US President Joe Biden announced on Tuesday that a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hezbollah would be implemented from Wednesday. The developments come after diplomatic efforts taken by the United States and France.

Meanwhile, Union Minister of Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri mentioned that Russia has become the largest supplier for India’s crude oil import by more than 35%. While talking to ANI Puri stated, ”For a long time, Russia has played the role of India’s largest crude oil supplier by contributing more than 35 % of imports.”
