Gold, silver rate today on November 25 in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata: Here are latest prices in other cities

Gold and silver prices rose for the sixth straight session on the back of escalating tensions in Ukraine-Russia, which have boosted safe-haven demand for precious metals. The rise in gold prices can bring some relief to traders after falling continuously last week.

“Friday’s US economic news was supportive for bullion after the University of Michigan U.S. November consumer sentiment index unexpectedly declined. However, the Dollar Index rallied on Friday after the US November S&P manufacturing and service PMIs improved and capped upside in bullion. International gold and silver prices have started weaker this early Monday morning in Asian trading despite easing Dollar and bond yields this early Monday morning,” said Sriram Iyer, Senior Research Analyst at Reliance Securities.
