Upcoming IPOs this week: Much awaited NTPC Green Energy IPO; SME see two IPOs

The primary market will be seeing the much-awaited NTPC Green Energy IPO, which will raise Rs 10,000 crore. However, it is a lacklustre week for SME IPOs with just two offerings, raising Rs 160.27 crore. Here are upcoming IPOs this week: 

Mainboard IPO

NTPC Green Energy IPO

NTPC Green Energy IPO will open on November 19 and close on November 22. The company will raise Rs 10,000 crore by selling 92.59 crore fresh shares. The allotment is expected to be finalised on November 25. While the listing on NSE and BSE will likely be on November 27. The price band is set between Rs 102 to Rs 108 per equity share. IDBI Capital Market Services, HDFC Bank, IIFL Securities, and Nuvama Wealth Management are the book-running lead managers of the IPO.

Zinka Logistics IPO

BlackBuck IPO will close on November 18. The IPO was opened on November 13 to raise Rs 1,114.72 crore. The issue is a combination of fresh shares and offer for sale. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on November 19. The listing on NSE and BSE will likely be on November 21. The company’s IPO price band ranges between Rs 259 to Rs 273 per equity share. The issue includes a reservation of up to 26,000 shares for employees offered at a discount of Rs 25 to the issue price. Axis Capital, Morgan Stanley India Company, JM Financial, and IIFL Securities are the book running lead managers of the IPO.

SME IPO

Lamosaic India IPO

Lamosaic India IPO wants to raise Rs 61.20 crore. It is a fixed price issue of Rs 200 per equity share. The SME IPO will sell 30.6 lakh fresh shares. The IPO will open on November 21 and close on November 26. The allotment of shares will likely be finalised on November 27. Inventure Merchant Banker Services is the book-running lead manager of the IPO, while Kfin Technologies is the registrar.

C2C Advanced Systems IPO

C2C Advanced Systems wants to raise Rs 99.07 crore by selling 43.84 lakh fresh shares. The SME IPO will open on November 22 and close on November 26. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on November 27. The IPO will be listed on NSE SME on November 29.
