Maruti Suzuki has disrupted the compact sedan segment with the all-new fourth-generation Dzire. The nameplate is synonymous with success in the Indian market, the Dzire has long been the top-selling sedan across all categories. The new model not only introduces a host of segment-first features but also stands as the safest sedan in its class.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire: 5-star rating in GNCAP test

The Dzire is the first Maruti Suzuki vehicle to secure a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP. Dzire was awarded a 5-star rating for adult occupant safety and a 4-star rating for child occupant protection. Based on the 5th-generation Heartect platform, Global NCAP has declared the Dzire’s structure and footwell stable. The Dzire comes standard with 6 airbags, 3-point seat belts for all seats, seat belt reminder for driver and all passengers, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Hill Hold Assist, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors and ISOFIX child seat anchorages.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire: Largest infotainment system

The new Dzire is equipped with a 9-inch floating infotainment, which is the biggest in the segment so far, and gets wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Maruti Suzuki sedan comes with a six-speaker music system, a wireless phone charger, rear air condition vents and an armrest with cupholders for rear passengers.

The 360-degree camera provides aerial images that all obstructive images and even the condition of the road like if there’s a pothole.
