Niva Bupa Health Insurance IPO is all set to list on November 13. The IPO was subscribed to a total of 1.9 times while the retail portion was booked 2.88 times. The stock of Niva Bupa was neither fetching a premium nor a discount from the grey market, indicating a lacklustre debut for the stock on the bourses.  

The company raised Rs 2,200.00 crores via a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale. The IPO was opened on November 07 and on November 11. The allotment of shares was finalised on November 12. 

ICICI Securities, Morgan Stanley India Company, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Axis Capital, HDFC Bank, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors acted as the book-running lead managers of the issue.
