ACME Solar India IPO allotment on November 11; Here’s how you can check status

ACME Solar Holdings IPO Allotment Status Check on BSE, NSE Official Website: ACME Solar Holdings IPO closed the issue with a total subscription of 2.89 times. The issue saw high interest from retail individual investors, subscribing to it 3.25 times. The qualified institutional investors booked the issue 3.72 times. The IPO was closed on November 08. The share allotment will be finalised by the registrar on November 11. Here’s a step-by-step guide to check the allotment status:

Step 1 

Open a search tab in a web browser. Go to the website of the registrar. Here, Kfin Technologies is working as the registrar.

Step 2

Now, hover over the ‘Products’ button and wait for a drop-down. After that, in the investors section, you’ll find IPO Allotment Status. Click on it, which will redirect you to a new tab. 

Step 3

Choose any one link from the provided five links.

Step 4 

Fill in your details: company’s name, account number/ D’mat account/ PAN number, and captcha number.

Step 5

Hit the submit button and a screen will appear with the status of allotment. 

Listing

The listing of ACME Solar Holdings shares will likely take place on November 13 on NSE and BSE, as per the tentative schedule. 

ACME Solar Holdings IPO Details

The company opened the IPO on November 11 aiming to raise Rs 2,900 crore from investors. The issue sold 1.75 crore promoter shares to raise Rs 505 crore and sold 8.29 crore fresh shares to raise Rs 2,395 crore. The company’s IPO price band ranged from Rs 275 to Rs 289 per equity share.

Minimum Investment

The minimum investment for a retail application was for a minimum of one lot of 51 shares, amounting to Rs 14,739. The minimum lot size investment for small NIIs was 14 lots of 714 shares and for big NIIs, it was 68 lots of 3,468 shares.
