EICMA 2024: Updated Aprilia RSV4 unveiled

More good news arrives from Italy, as Aprilia, after unveiling the Tuono 457, and the updated 660 range, has unveiled the 2025 Aprilia RSV4 and the RSV4 Factory. The two motorcycles get updates for 2025, making them look sharper than the models they replace. The updates the two motorcycles get are visual upgrades and in terms of hardware. Let’s take a closer look.

2025 Aprilia RSV4 — What are the updates?

Starting with the design, the 2025 Aprilia RSV4 looks sportier and now features winglets at the front. Aprilia says that the aero addition gives the motorcycles an 8 percent reduction of the front wheel lifting, apart from making the motorcycle look more aggressive. That said, the next big update is the drag coefficient, which has been reduced by 6 percent. The motorcycle is available in new colours, including the new Stringray Blue.

2025 Aprilia RSV4 — Engine specification and hardware

Powering the new Aprilia RSV4 and RSV4 Factory is a 1099cc, liquid-cooled V4 engine capable of making 220bhp and 125Nm of torque. The engine now makes 3bhp more. Power is transferred to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox. Aprilia has managed to extract extra power by increasing the size of the throttle bodies.

The RSV4 Factory gets the same chassis as the RSV4 but gets semi-active suspension by Ohlins while Brembo Hypure brake callipers take care of braking duties. The Aprilia RSV4 and the RSV4 Factory will make their way to India soon.
