Updated Hyundai Verna launched: Here’s what’s new

Hyundai Verna received a generation upgrade in March 2023, which involved a complete revamp in design, more features on board, and a new engine option. The Korean carmaker has now introduced some minor updates to the mid-size sedan. The Verna is one of the highest-selling mid-size sedans in India which rivals the likes of Honda City, Volkswagen Virtus, and Skoda Slavia.

Hyundai Verna updates

The Korean brand has made two updates to the Verna. First, it now gets a boot lid spoiler which enhances its sporty profile. This should ideally improve aerodynamics by bringing down drag force, however, Hyundai hasn’t released any official figures. The second update is the addition of a new Amazon Grey colour scheme.

The company has increased prices of the Verna uniformly by Rs 4,000 across all variants barring the base EX trim. This suggests that the spoiler is standard in all the variants except for the base variant. Revised prices of all variants of Hyundai Verna are mentioned below.
