Royal Enfield Bullet 650 Twin spied testing — Here are more details

Royal Enfield is on a roll — testing motorcycles after motorcycles. After the updated Interceptor 650 and the Hunter 350 were seen on test, the upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet 650 has been snapped. The latest spy shots reveal a motorcycle much closer to its production form and the details will excite many who wanted a simple, no-nonsense twin-cylinder Enfield.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650 Twin: What to expect?

The latest images reveal an all-black motorcycle along with other details. The motorcycle will be simple, sticking to its age-old tradition of the Bullet name. It sports a teardrop fuel tank, squared-off full rear fender, a single-piece seat, a round tail lamp with the familiar circular turn signals, a very recognisable fork assembly, pilot lights, and side boxes.

The motorcycle seems to be sticking to its classic design with spoked wheels and simplistic design as the ‘Bullet’ name has a very strong brand recall in the country. The motorcycle will most likely be based on the same chassis as the Super Meteor 650 but offers a more relaxed riding posture compared to the forward-set pegs on the Meteor 650.

On the powertrain front, the engine will be the familiar 650cc twin-cylinder unit that powers the Interceptor, Continental GT, Super Meteor, and the Shotgun — making 47bhp and 52Nm of torque mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle will get disc brakes at both ends and dual-channel ABS, but phone connectivity via a TFT instrument console and tubeless tyres might be out of the question here.
