Triumph Tiger Sport 800 breaks over ahead of EICMA debut

Triumph had teased an 800cc bike last week on its social media handles. The iconic British motorcycle brand has now unveiled this to be the Tiger Sport 800. The Tiger range was the first to upgrade to the new 800cc platform with the Tiger 800 XC and Tiger 800 XR which made their debuts a few months ago.

The images of the new Tiger Sport 800 have broken covers just ahead of its probable maiden public appearance at the EICMA 2024 in Milan, Italy. Priced at GBP 10,995 (approx. Rs 12 lakh), deliveries of the new road-biased tourer will commence March 2025 onwards. This will be followed by launches in other international markets including Europe and Asia.

Starting with the design, Tiger Sport 800 carries forward the same styling as the Tiger Sport 660 with a similar split LED headlamp setup and a tall adjustable visor up front. The fuel tank is muscular which dons the “800” branding. Besides the fuel tank and the front apron, rest of the panels and components in the new Tiger Sport are blacked which goes well with the bike’s sporty characteristics.
