New Bajaj Pulsar N125 vs Hero Xtreme 125R — Spec comparison

The 125cc motorcycles are getting sportier and sharper, and the Hero Xtreme 125R is a good example. Now, Bajaj has launched the Pulsar N125, which has the looks to make the Xtreme 125R look back. The new Bajaj Pulsar N125 and the Hero Xtreme are both powered by a 125cc, air-cooled single-cylinder engine mated to a five-speed gearbox. They make similar power and return good fuel efficiency. The Pulsar N125 has a weight advantage over the Hero Xtreme 125R, which will translate to better acceleration and more mileage.

In terms of features and cycling parts, both motorcycles get telescopic front forks, a monoshock at the rear, 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, a disc brake at the front, LED lighting, and other bits. The Bajaj Pulsar N125 takes it a step further with an LCD instrument console with phone connectivity and its pricing.
