The IPO market is buzzing as January 2025 comes to a close, with several companies opening their doors to investors. From healthcare to logistics and beyond, the upcoming week is a mix of mainboard and SME issues, along with allotments and listings from the previous week.

Here’s a look at what the final week of January (January 26 – February 2, 2025) has in store: Upcoming IPOs this week

Dr. Agarwals Healthcare IPO

Dr. Agarwals Healthcare, a Rs 3,027.26 crore issue is set to open for subscription from January 29 to January 31. This book-built IPO offers shares in the price band of Rs 382 to Rs 402. After the bidding process, the allotment will be finalised on February 3, with the shares expected to list on the BSE and NSE on February 5.

GMP: As of the current trend, the shares of the company are trading at a premium of Rs 60 in the grey market ahead of the opening of the issue, indicating a potential listing price of Rs 462 per share. This suggests 14.93% higher over the IPOs upper price band of Rs 60 per share.

However, GMP is not the official listing price and may fluctuate based on market sentiment.

Malpani Pipes IPO

Malpani Pipes is gearing up for its Rs 25.92 crore IPO. The subscription window for this issue is also set from January 29 to January 31, with a price band of Rs 85 to Rs 90 per share. The IPO, a fully fresh issue of 28.80 lakh shares. Allotment is scheduled for February 3, and the shares will debut on the BSE SME platform on February 5.

GMP: The shares of the company in the grey market are trading at a premium of Rs 20. This suggests a listing price of Rs 110 per share, which is 22.22% higher over the IPOs upper price band of Rs 90 per share.
