As per the recent trend, prior to the opening of Denta Water IPO, the company’s shares are trading at a Rs 155 premium in the grey market, indicating a potential listing price of Rs 449 per share. This represents a 52.72% gain over the upper price band of Rs 294. However, it is also important to note that these prices are subject to market sentiment and may vary accordingly.

Denta Water IPO: Subscription and listing details

The Denta Water IPO is set to open for subscription on January 22, and will remain open until January 24. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on January 27, with the company’s tentative listing scheduled for January 29.

The price band for this mainboard issue is set between the range of Rs 279 to Rs 294 per share. The minimum application lot size is 50 shares, requiring a retail investor to invest a minimum of Rs 14,700.

For investors under the NII category, the minimum investment requirements vary based on the subcategory. Small Non-Institutional Investors (sNII) must invest at least Rs 2,05,800, which accounts for 700 shares or 14 lots. Meanwhile, big Non-Institutional Investors (bNII) have a higher minimum investment threshold of Rs 10,14,300, equating to 3,450 shares or 69 lots.

Denta Water IPO: Lead managers and registrars

The company is led by promoters Sowbhagyamma, Sujith T R, C Mruthyunjaya Swamy, and Hema H M. The book-running lead manager is SMC Capitals, and the registrar for the IPO is Integrated Registry Management Services.
