DAM Capital Advisors IPO Listing: DAM Capital Advisors, ran its public issue from December 19 to December 23 is set to make its stock market debut tomorrow (December 27), with much anticipation among investors.

As per the latest trend, a day prior to its official listing on the Indian bourse, DAM Capital Advisors IPO’s grey market premium (GMP) is currently trading at a premium of Rs 155, indicating an estimated listing price of Rs 438, marking a 54.77 per cent higher than the IPO’s upper price band of Rs 283.

Allotment and listing

The share allotment for the IPO was finalised on Tuesday, December 24. Investors can check their allotment status on the websites of either the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) or the registrar, Link Intime India Private Ltd. The shares are set to list on both the headline indices, BSE and NSE tomorrow (December 27).

DAM Capital Advisors IPO Details: Offer for Sale of Rs 840 Crore

DAM Capital Advisors IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 840.25 crores, entirely an offer for sale of 2.97 crore equity shares.

The price band for the mainboard issue was set between Rs 269 to Rs 283 per share. The issue had a minimum lot size of 53 shares. Retail investors needed to invest a minimum of Rs 14,999, while higher investment slabs were set for sNII (14 lots costing Rs 2,09,986) and bNII (67 lots costing Rs 10,04,933).

DAM Capital Advisors IPO – Subscription Numbers

The IPO during its three-day subscription period garnered an overwhelming demand, closing with an overall subscription of 81.88 times on December 23

  • Non-Institutional Investors (NII)- 98.47 times
