Inventurus Share Price, GMP, Allotment Status Live: The company is all set to hit the D-Street on December 19. The allotment of shares was finalised on December 17. It was subscribed to a total of 52.68 times. The retailers booked the issue 14.55 times. The QIBs dominated the subscription with 80.64 times bidding. 

IKS raised Rs 2,497.92 crore by selling 1.88 crore shares of promoters and other selling shareholders. The IPO bidding was started on December 12 and ended on December 16. ICICI Securities, Jefferies India, JM Financial, J.P. Morgan India, and Nomura Financial Advisor and Securities (India) worked as the book-running lead managers of the IPO.
