Gold, silver rate today on December 16 in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata: Here are latest prices in other cities

Gold and silver prices have fallen a little compared to a week back as no new triggers around the globe. However, investors are waiting for the FOMC meet to conclude this week, which will further decide the move of precious metals. 

Headline consumer price inflation declined to 5.5% — within the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) upper tolerance limit of 6%, but still at a distance from the central bank’s 4% target.

Gold and silver rates today, December 16

The 24-carat gold rate in India was Rs 77,110 per 10 grams on December 16. The rate for 24-carat gold per gram is Rs 7,711. While the rate of 22-carat gold was Rs 70,684 per 10 grams.

The price of 24-carat gold has fallen 0.4% in the last seven days. It has increased by 0.7% in the last ten days. The silver is available to Indian customers today at a price of Rs 90,790 per kilogram. 

Gold rate in Mumbai on December 16

The Gold rate in Mumbai is Rs 77,110/10 grams today. On December 15, the gold was available for Rs 77,100/10 grams. A week back, on December 09, gold was sold for Rs 77,430/10 grams.

Silver rate in Mumbai on December 16

Silver rate in Mumbai was Rs 90,790/Kg on December 16, while it was priced at Rs 90,770/Kg and a week ago the price was Rs 94,830.

Gold rate in Delhi on December 16

On December 16, the gold rate in Delhi is Rs 76,980/10 grams. The gold was quoted at Rs 76,970/10 grams on December 15. While the price of the 24K gold was Rs 77,300/10 grams a week ago. 

Silver rate in Delhi on December 16

The silver rate in Delhi was Rs 90,630/Kg on December 16. The price of silver was Rs 90,620/Kg on December 15. A week ago, silver was traded for a price of Rs 94,670/Kg.

Gold rate in Kolkata on December 16

The gold rate in Kolkata was Rs 77,010/10 grams, today, December 16. The glittering metal was selling for Rs 77,000/10 grams yesterday and was quoting for Rs 77,330/10 grams last week.
