Sneak Peek: Is this Royal Enfield 750cc Café Racer?

After introducing a range of 650cc motorcycles like the Classic 650 and the Bear 650, Royal Enfield is stepping up its game with a more powerful offering. For the first time, the much 750cc Café Racer was spotted undergoing test rounds in Chennai. Could this be Royal Enfield’s next big ticket reveal, set to steal the spotlight at 2025 EICMA and 2025 Motorverse? Only time will tell, but here’s what we know so far about the Royal Enfield 750cc.

Royal Enfield 750cc Café Racer: What to expect?

Royal Enfield is working on a new flagship engine, the 750cc parallel-twin engine. Earlier, some spy images of the Interceptor 750cc had surfaced. Even though the Café Racer test mule was fully cladded, one could see the semi-faired design, which seems to be similar to the previous generation Triumph Thruxton. Like any café racer, the new Royal Enfield offers a committed riding stance with clip-on handlebars and pushed-back foot pegs.

Apart from a bigger and more powerful new engine, the 750cc motorcycle will be the first Royal Enfield product to sport twin front disc brakes. The test motorcycle showcases traditional front forks instead of upside-down ones, but the production-ready version could come with the latter suspensions, while the rear gets twin coiled shock absorbers. It has chrome finish indicators, alloy wheels and all-black twin exhausts.
