2025 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V launched at Rs 1.40 lakh, gets USD forks

The Apache RTR 160 4V is easily one of the highest-selling models in the 150-160cc segment. TVS has now launched an updated iteration of the Apache RTR 160 4V at a price of Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom). In its latest avatar, the Apache RTR 4V gets minor cosmetic updates and a mechanical upgrade. The latest updates have resulted in a nominal price hike of Rs 500. 

2025 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V: What’s new?

While the overall design of TVS Apache RTR 160 4V remains unchanged, the naked modern roadster gets a new dual-tone Granite Grey colour scheme with contrasting red accents on the pillion seat, alloy wheels, tank extensions, and front fender. TVS has carried over the current colour options including Matte Black, and Pearl White in the model.

The other big upgrade is the addition of 37mm upside-down front forks, which makes it the first bike in this segment to get this feature. The golden finish to the forks also enhances the bike’s appearance. The other notable change is a new dual-barrel Bullpup exhaust that should emit a bassier exhaust note. Rest of the details in the Apache RTR 160 4V remains unchanged.

2025 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V: Features & Specs

The Apache RTR 160 4V is easily the best-in-segment when it comes to features. It comes loaded with features such as a fully-digital instrument console that comes equipped with TVS SmartXonnect TM technology enabling Bluetooth connectivity, providing turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and voice assist. It also benefits from LED headlamp and taillamp, Glide Through Technology (GTT), and adjustable brake and clutch levers.

Not only features, the Apache RTR 160 4V offers the best-in-class power. Powering the bike is a 159.7cc, oil-cooled, fuel-injected, 4-valve engine that generates 17.55 PS at 9,250 rpm and a peak torque of 14.73 Nm at 7,500 rpm.
