Maruti Dzire rival third-gen Honda Amaze teased, launch soon

Maruti Dzire is the most popular compact sedan even though there are only a handful of options available in this space at present. The closest rival to the Dzire in terms of sales volume and product quality is Honda Amaze which is also due for a generation upgrade soon. Now, the Japanese carmaker has confirmed the development of a new-gen Amaze.

Honda has officially teased the first image of the upcoming third generation Amaze which is expected to launch soon. Test mules of the new-gen Amaze were frequently spotted until a couple of months ago. Interestingly, the launch of the third-gen Amaze is expected to nearly coincide with the launch of the third-gen Maruti Dzire which is slated to launch on November 11.

3rg-gen Honda Amaze teased: What to expect?

The first-gen Amaze was launched in 2013 whereas the second-gen model of the sub-4 metre sedan was launched in 2018. This was followed by a mid-cycle facelift in 2021 which involved some minor cosmetic changes. However, the upcoming iteration of the Dzire rival is expected to witness some significant changes over its predecessor.
