Dividend stocks: Reliance Industries, Jio Financial Services, ICICI Bank, CCI, IndiGo, and others to trade ex-dividend this week

Shares of several companies, such as Reliance Industries, Jio Financial Services, ICICI Bank, Container Corporation of India, InterGlobe Aviation, and others, are likely to trade ex-dividend next week, according to BSE.

Several major companies have declared a range of corporate actions, such as bonus issues, stock splits, share buybacks, and more.

What is an ex-dividend stock?

The date on which the equity share price adjusts to reflect the upcoming dividend payment is referred to as the ex-dividend date. When a stock goes ex-dividend, it indicates that the stock no longer reflects the value of its forthcoming dividend payment starting from that date.

Dividends are distributed to all shareholders whose names are listed by the end of the record date.
