FNG Expressway nod to transform Noida, Faridabad & Ghaziabad real estate

The Haryana Government has recently given its nod to the long-awaited Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, a major step toward enhancing road connectivity across key NCR cities. Designed to streamline travel between Faridabad, Noida, and Ghaziabad, the expressway will significantly reduce travel time. The entire stretch, which currently takes about an hour, will be covered in just 30-45 minutes. Additionally, the project will improve connectivity between Gurgaon and Ghaziabad, cutting travel time from 2-3 hours to just 45 minutes.

With enhanced connectivity, housing demand in areas like Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and sectors along the nearby corridors is expected to surge, attracting homebuyers looking for well-connected residences. On the commercial front, the expressway will unlock new business districts, boosting demand for Grade-A office spaces and IT/ITeS hubs in Noida Expressway, Greater Noida, and Faridabad.

Commenting on the same, Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Group, says, “Faridabad is on the brink of a real estate transformation and is emerging as a prime destination for both homebuyers and businesses. The city, being home to numerous companies and industries, currently sees thousands of people travel from various parts of NCR for work. Once ready, the expressway will effectively cut commute time from over an hour to just 30 minutes, easing congestion and driving economic growth. Further, its connection to Noida International Airport will benefit people in the region, attracting multinational corporations and large enterprises and significantly boosting economic activities and business travel. Hence, we believe this development will catalyze Faridabad’s growth, making it an investment-worthy market for both end-users and investors.”

Faridabad is emerging as a prime real estate hotspot, with improved connectivity to Noida and Ghaziabad. In Siddharth Vihar (Ghaziabad), enhanced road infrastructure will attract homebuyers seeking affordable yet well-connected housing, with rising interest in luxury and high-rise apartments.

Prateek Tiwari, Managing Director, Prateek Group, says, “We believe the advent of FNG Expressway will catalyze Noida and Ghaziabad real estate growth across all segments. Micro-markets like Siddharth Vihar are already witnessing a surge in demand and will gain further traction as a premium residential hub. Meanwhile, Noida’s Sector 150, known for its luxury housing, will see heightened investor interest due to seamless connectivity and enhanced infrastructure.”
